Introduction: We are a full-service boutique gym that offers group, private and semi-private personal training sessions. GTC also has a Pilates studio located inside the facility.
Although memberships are available for individuals and family, they are not required to do Pilates or personal training.

GTC Gym & Training Center is the best place I have ever trained in. I have been in this facility for 3+ years and cannot see myself going any other place!!! The trainers are absolutely amazing to work with!! Love this place!!
