- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge fees upfront for clients whether buying or selling since I get a commission at closing. I do offer specials such as paying for appraisal or inspection fees(conditions apply)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I initially communicate with my clients either over the phone or via email. Once it is established what my client's real estate goals are, I will ask them if they have been qualified for a mortgage. If a preapproval letter is in place, I will ask for a coy of the preapproval letter and then get started on searching homes that meet my client's criteria and within their price range. If a client has not been qualified or a loan, I will advise on the process and suggest that they go to their bank, credit union or will referred a mortgage professional I've worked with in the past.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Real Estate license and two designation (GRI, CNE1). I am working on other designations as well to continue to gaining more expertise in the industry
