Chris was amazing! First, he is just one of the nicest people you want to interact with. But most importantly he really, really, really, knows his stuff. I had paid two other alleged experts to help me with my network issues and their talent was ...let’s say limited. So I found Chris on Thumbtack and I have not had one problem since. What was especially important was that this was apparently not easy and he was here for 3 hours! But he hung in there to get all my devices on my network with great bandwidth! If you have any problems similar to this I promise you cannot go wrong hiring Chris!

Reizer Technology has helped me with both personal and work computers.
Personal computer needed to be updated. RTS did more than just update my computer. They backed up all my photos, videos and important files (on a personal hard drive I had given to use) cleaned my computer so it works faster.
RTS helped me at work (in San Antonio). We were having trouble connecting our computers to the internet. We had contacted our internet provider and had our company IT guy look at it, nothing. RTS was able to connect through our laptop and get our internet back up and running. We were able to get all our computers connected to the internet and back up and running again in no time. I am not kidding when I say in no time! I called them around 9 a.m. and they had our computers back to use before 9:20 a.m.
RTS was very professional. I am not the best with computers, and they were very patient with me in both situations. I would absolutely recommend them!

I needed to have Windows XP installed on my new Windows 10 laptop. I thought I needed a dual boot but Chris suggested instead a virtual machine. It took about a week and a half before I was ready to proceed but Chris worked with me and got the job done with no technical problems. I was able to load my old software easily and have been using it ever since. He was very professional and likeable. Thank you Chris.
