We hired Imagine That Flix (ITF) to video our company's PARS (Project Archive and Retrieval Software) User Group Meeting. It was a 9am to 4pm event with about 8 or so sessions (PowerPoint presentations and or software demonstrations) that needed to be recorded and rendered to DVD in a format that could be posted on the Internet for later consumption. ITF had a fair price and showed up for a walkthrough/resolution test before the event. They recorded the sessions and rendered the video into separate mpeg-4 files with a nice intro including a picture of the presenter with their title. I found ITF to be great to work with and would recommend them again.

Expensive does not mean quality and cheap is rarely professional. Ask to see an entire session similar to the session you are requesting to determine what exactly you should be getting from your photographer.
