Have started beginners piano lessons. I am know on my 3rd lesson. My teacher Christine is fabulous! Everything is satisfactory
My son has really enjoyed taking cello lessons and looks forward to it every week!
I've known Liga for several years, and she is a very well trained music/violin teacher. Her method is very efficient and she is a very patient teacher, always positive and encouraging. She has a very nice and gentle approach with children, and they immediately bond with her. My 10 year old son adores working with her. She will be a teacher for your child, whom they will look forward to interacting. I highly recommend her not only for her musical expertise but also for her approach to establishing an effective teacher- student relationship, and instill the love of music in her students.
Cameron is a Great teacher!! He was always very patient with my daughter. She always enjoyed her lessons and learned so much in the year and a half that she took lessons with him.
Easy to arrange an in-person meeting within a couple of days. The teacher was capable and ready to adapt lessons to student's goals.
Ms. Timmons is wonderful! My daughter looks forward to lessons every week! It's nice to have a teacher focused on technique as well as quality.
The Piano teacher arrived on time, very good with the kids and had a lot of experience.
We haven’t had a lesson yet
Katy Music Studio is a great place for kids who love to learn music. Both my daughter's have been learning Piano and Guitar here for the last 3 years. Mr. Larry Sepulvado is a great teacher and mentor to work with my daughter. She loves playing the guitar with him. Very nice environment and very friendly, talented teachers. They do pay personal attention to your kids and also address your concerns as parents if any. I highly recommend this studio to anyone.
I recently decided to pick up the violin again (having quit as a violin performance major in college) and could not be happier with the lessons I have had with Oleg. I walk out of our lessons sounding better than when I came in and with a very detailed understanding of how to practice at home. This is quite a new experience for me, as for years I would feel like even though I knew what I wanted and what was expected, I had zero clue as to how to actually do it. My only regret is that I didn't have this kind of instruction earlier on - I probably would not have quit playing back in college.
I am enjoying take lesson with my teacher. I've learned so much from my teacher as well as life lessons to get to where I want to be in life. Violin is hard, but the lessons learned from her class is worth it. She really cares about her students. She is full of passion about any classical music topics.
Hello. I have been playing violin for eight years now and have been teaching for four years. I was part of my state orchestra called, Topeka Symphony and was first chair!
I taught piano, and I have been an accompanist for more than 28 years. I can teach basic violin as well, and I can play the organ. I also came from Europe. I speak three languages (Korean, English and German). I have been an acclaimed accompanist and pianist. I also was a conductor, and I do arrangements with scores. I gave uncountable recitals in Germany, Korea and USA. My goal is to give my students the opportunity to enjoy piano and to gain the knowledge of music. It will be a pleasure for me to give lessons for adults who dreamed to perform but were not able to fulfill their dreams and to teach students from age 5 and up.
I am very versatile and can teach to many learning styles. I can teach what I enjoy the most, making music.
I teach piano and violin lessons to (mainly) children of all ages and all levels. I usually provide the books for beginners because I want them to build up certain skills.
I am a nationally certified music teacher. I work for a school district in Houston, TX where I teach middle school orchestra. I have been studying the violin for over 25 years and although it is my primary instrument, I also teach viola and cello as well. I have a music room in my house but I am happy to travel outside to teach in your home! My favorite part about teaching music, is to see the enjoyment it brings to others. In a world with so many cultural differences, it is nice to be able to communicate with everyone using one single language, MUSIC!
I am a certified music teacher (all levels) and private wind instrument instructor. I can teach all wind instruments and a little percussion. My primary instrument is flute.
A. Passion for music and teaching, with the ultimate goal of having the student "surpass" the instructor! Every instructor derives great pleasure from passing on the knowledge that they have accumulated over many years of perfecting their technique and knowledge of their instrument(s). A. Interaction with young students, and watching them grow and develop as musicians! That "lightbulb" moment, that every serious student encounters, is priceless!
I am extremely passionate about music and violin, and my enthusiasm is very contagious. I connect with my students easily and I make them think rather than just repeat what I say. I encourage them to not only look into notes and rhythms, but to feel the beauty and to communicate through music. Spreading the joy and awareness of what music is, and sharing the appreciation for the beauty of it. Making the student understand what he/she needs to improve to sound better and watching/listening how what I say brings effects.
I teach beginning students the basic of music reading and technique and then help them hone their talent to develop a love of music as I have.
