Rudy did an amazing job with a torn up carpet area I thought would never look right again. He contacted me immediately after submitting my request and offered to come over the next day (we needed to wait a few days). He was on time and did a fabulous job on a carpet area three dogs and a Roomba attacked. The area looks great! Rudy also cleaned up all trash and scraps from the work done. Fast, efficient, timely, and priced well. Highly recommend!

My mother’s home had stains from her previous tenants. She asked me to find some to “fix” the carpet. We’re both out of town & I requested service as of yesterday (03/13). Rudy responded within 15 minutes, giving me a call. I provided him additional information about my request, then he explained to me what he could do for me all while letting me know he would go above and beyond to. We set up the appointment for the next day with just a 50% down payment. The next morning Rudy called me to let me know he was on the way. He sent me before and after pictures. I was impressed with how he handled the service he was very polite and understood the concerns i had. Not only did Rudy get rid of the stains he also cleaned every inch of carpet in the house and got rid of any extra spots that would’ve needed attention. My mother was so very pleased and happy with the results. If you ever need any carpet service do not hesitate to contact Rudy.

Rudy is awesome. I sent a request on a Saturday and he immediately responded in less than 5-10 minutes. He accommodated my schedule to the exact time for a Sunday carpet cleaning. Other carpet cleaners give you a four hour time frame which means wasted time if you have to be out to run errands. Carpet living room is cleaned and stains are out! You could sense from interacting with Rudy that he loves his job. I will be using his services from now on instead of going through a national chain carpet cleaning. Thanks Rudy!

Rudy was absolutely phenomenal, if you’re thinking about going with someone else, DON’T. Rudy is very experienced with carpet, whether that’s cleaning or repair. He came to clean my carpet and recommended a simple replacement solution for a very worn dark area after cleaning couldn’t resolve it all the way.
