Dog trainer seemed very professional got past what I thought he could not get past my dog is very large and has a very mean bark but that did not stop the dog trainer for going in and handling him very gentle of course but affirmative loved it what would make it better is more consecutive sessions I know the days closer together
I'm very please with Sit Means Sit Dog Training in Belton, TX. The communication was excellent and I noticed results within one week of training with my dog Leo. The training is easy to learn and the group classes help my dog learn at a faster pace with the distraction of other dogs. I found that in targeting my dog's intelligence we have a stronger connection and we can both help each other. Robin has been amazing also, as have the other trainers! Thank you Sit Means Sit!
Christina came to our house twice a day to care for our three dogs. She by far exceeded my expectations! One of our older dogs can be grumpy and instead of saying "no, thank you," she made practice visits and spent extra time making him comfortable. It only took a day for him to come around and he quickly became excited to see her each visit. She also didn't just do the chores of pet sitting (feeding, let them out and refill water); she spent time each visit to love on them, took them on walks (or let them take her on walks, really), gave them treats, switched which lights were on each night and even cleaned our house before we came home! I can't recommend her enough!!
I cannot say enough nice things about Doug. He takes amazing care of my dog, Penny and always sends updates on how she is doing. He is always accommodating to my hectic schedule and gives me the most important thing when I'm away...peace of mind. I know that not only is my home safe, but Penny is happy and well loved. Often when I return from trips, I find a thoughtful note and lovely plant or yummy soup waiting for me from Doug and Kitty. And the amazing part about all of this is the extremely reasonable pricing! If you choose to hire Doug, you will never look for another pet sitter again, I guarantee it,
Jennifer at Lucky Star is an excellent dog trainer. She is extremely knowledgeable and she truly cares about the well being of your dog. We started taking our border collie to her at a young age and we constantly get compliments on how well behaved our (very hyper) dog is. Whether you’re looking for general obedience training, boarding, or doggy daycare, Jennifer at Lucky Star is the among the best there is.
Stephanie is a wonderful person in general; and a great dog groomer! I took my Mother's dog Sadie to get her groomed by Stephanie; Sadie was perfectly groomed, and smelled lovely when I picked her up! I will definitely be taking Sadie back to K-9 kiddos in the future! I recommend K-9 kiddos to anyone living in the Lorena area!
Audra is very knowledgeable and really cares about the animals she works with. She is always willing to answer any questions I have and has made me geek even more confident as a dog owner!
They worked with us on what our specific needs were. They gave us feedback and tools to make our training with our dog more successful.
I found Julie while I was exploring the variety of things (shows, events, competitions) my dog could experience. I was referred to her for instruction in what is called Nosework (a fun search and scenting activity). Through this experience Julie has introduced me to methods of training that have developed my relationship with my dog I didnt know was possible. Buddy (my 70 lb rescued mutt) and I are growing every day in our understanding of each other. I can better understand his behavior cues and He understands what Im asking of Him.
Michelle was fantastic! She came to my home to work with me and my puppy, Bennet. We worked on all kinds of things from obedience to loose leash walking to greeting other people and dogs. Bennet has been making such progress, I don't know what we would do without Michelle's help!
Great! Maria acted like an extension of our family. She treated our dog better then we could imagine.
I train young puppies and adolescent dogs in obedience commands, and the owners to continue training when they are alone with their pets.
I offer basic obedience classes. All non-aggressive dogs are welcome. Six-week morning classes are held outside, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., from Mondays to Saturdays. Commands are heel, sit, (lay) down, place, and recall. There are no dog-to-dog or dog-to-people aggressive dogs in class. I charge $80.00 for 6-week group classes. I also do private lessons for basic obedience, $25.00 per private lesson if you come to me and $30.00 per private lesson if I travel to you. I provide limited behavior modification.
Ever since I was a small child, I have had a way with animals. It is hard to explain, but I've always had a natural ability to understand the silent communications given out by animals. Having a deep understanding of how dogs think has given me a huge advantage in working with dogs.
We provide obedience training like sit, lie down, heel, command refusal and various little dog tricks. The end goal for all dogs is walking with no leash and with dog trailing just behind the owner or in front when commanded.
I help you understand your canine companion so that you have long and happy life together. I offer dog obedience training at your home so that you don't have to try to train your dog with other distractions that can occur with big classes. I work with you and your dog one on one in order to maximize the training time.
I love what I do and I love the hearts of my dogs... If you're dog loves to swim I will take them swimming.. Play time is always fun time..
For the Family 4-legged friend it is essential to evaluate the dog behavior in conjunction with the animal's environment and the realistic expectations of the owner/owners. Guard/K-9 training requires a different evaluation, as does guide or search/rescue training. In addition to training I also am intimately involved in rescue work in more than one country. I also work with wolf and wolf hybrid species. My first pet was an alligator that was to be put down (rescued & still living) and 4 White Shepherds. I use non GMO treats/food .I provide a thorough evaluation for free and should any behavioral difficulties appear in the future will re-educate at no charge. My primary focus is to unite in harmony our furry friends with our life style. Since I recently arrived on this site I am still in the midst of completing a more comprehensive profile. I also provide massage therapy.
I have 25 acres of rolling hills that animals get to enjoy! If your animal is coming to stay with me for a mini vacation, I have two large areas that are fenced off for their protection.
I provide the following to dogs: * Walks * Love: hugs, kisses, and lots of affections * Poochy pampering * Bathroom breaks * Playtime * Leash time Ask if you're not sure!
I can take care of your dog while you are out of town with no worries. I love dogs! Please trust me to take care of your little four-legged family members.
