- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's mainly relative. Sometimes price can go up depending on the situation at hand and supplies needed to make proper repair or to do the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to always listen to my customers needs. I let customers view pictures of my work and tell them they can call references of they wish before I start a job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
