I had an appointment set immediately. The service was prompt, professional and Keaton was a great guy to talk with about my solar panel and window cleaning. The before and after pics were amazing! Top notch job and I will be using TX Wash Medics in the future for window cleaning and solar panel cleaning. Price was in line with what I was paying prior but with no hassle. Great company!

TWM came quickly, started and finished quickly. Cleaned my skylights for no charge. Excellent. It was during lockdown so they did not do inside, only exterior. Probably could have gotten a better price but I didn’t shop them.

Keaton did an outstanding job on all the house windows and screens. Everything looks so clean and crisp.

One thing I value is responsiveness - if you don’t have time let me know so I can move on. Texas Wash Medics had a same day response and availability the next week. When weather looked to be bad enough not to be able to wash my windows inside and out I received a message the day before giving me a heads up, the day of alerting me we’d have to reschedule and when I asked for when the prompt answer was, ‘tomorrow’. My windows look great inside and out and I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and quality. I would recommend TWM any day!

Very satisfied with work. Texas Wash Medics even accommodated our changed schedule when my husband had surgery - so they finished the work up quickly and efficiently. I am glad to have someone experienced like Keaton to pressure wash our special finished concrete - so happy to trust him knowing how to care for it properly. It was also nice to have him not only wash our hard to reach, brand new contractor installed window into our brick wall - but he cleaned up the mess- and ensured me it had been installed well. Another note - for pet owners - it was nice that he could deal with our dogs, as well. I recommend and will look forward to having him do all the windows again soon - oh! and our gutters.
