Nowadays there are so many business to choice from. The levels of services differ in technic . You have low price companies and high price companies. You have small and large companies. You can have the biggest company with the best equipment and have an incompetent servicemen doing the job. I've been in this industry for 22 years. I've seen it all. The one thing that stand out to me more than anything is customer service. I grew up around my grandparents. I remember them having milk and juice delivered to there home. There attorney would come and sit for hours eating and chatting with my grandparents. Business was done a lot different then. Relationships meant everything. Old fashion common courtesy is what I call it. Those where the good old days. That's when I learned the value of a life time client and friend.
