This guy can fix it all! I have used Kevin for years from the little things my ignorant mind doesn't know to catastrophic failures. Rest assured he will fix your machine quickly for a reasonable rate. He even saved my photos after a hard drive failure!

Kevin provided all the information we needed to purchase a new computer. He came to the house and installed it and moved all our files from the old computer. He also installed anti-virus and backup software. He really knows computers and did a great job. He has been out 3-4 times to help us computer dummies! We will definitely use him again. I highly recommend him.

$50 per hour with 1 hour minimum and labor not to exceed $200. No charge if I am not able to fix the problem.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and discuss problems. Visit with the machine. Diagnose problems. Suggest various plans of action. Resolve in best interest of the customer and their expense.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.S. Degree in Computer Science and 30 years programming, building, and repairing computers.
