- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50 per hour with 1 hour minimum and labor not to exceed $200. No charge if I am not able to fix the problem.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and discuss problems. Visit with the machine. Diagnose problems. Suggest various plans of action. Resolve in best interest of the customer and their expense.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.S. Degree in Computer Science and 30 years programming, building, and repairing computers.
