I'm only half way through the experience and it is AMAZING. Veena is so easy to work with, she's assertive when she thinks you should consider something (and it usually works!) but backs right down to a firm no. The items she brings as examples are ALREADY, just from our prelim discussions and emails, right on cue. I felt she had my interest at heart and KNEW so much, so many tweaks that change an entire look. She is very reasonable in her industry.
