Great company! I had a rodent problem that I needed someone to take care of for me. John was on the spot and came out very quickly. Once he got here I explained what I thought were the problems. John was quick to climb in the attic and find that I had more than just one rodent. Being as I have small children and pets, I had lots of questions as to what he was going to be putting in the attic and such. John was very helpful and answered all my questions. He explained everything in great detail as to what he was doing and how he was going to do it. Even belter was that everything was going to be safe for the little kids and pets. He even patched the holes and showed me everything he was doing. Any questions I had, he answered in a very professional manner and in great detail. I knew everything that was going on and why. I will not use another pest control company and will tell everyone I know about him. Very honest and upfront about everything. Even though the price was more than he quoted me, he was very upfront about why and how much. Great person to work with! Great job Eco-Guard and John!

Jamerson is great! He and his guys were professional and clean (he took his shoes off before coming in my house...which I really appreciated since its snowing!) Everything is set up and hopefully our rats will be under control soon. We liked him so much we decided to add his insect package to our plan. I would recommend!

Jeremy is fantastic. Before stepping foot in my apartment, we were able to talk via phone about the types of pests that my apartment may have and the potential treatments that he'd use. Once he did arrive, he was able to provide me with the best solution that worked for my needs, instead of the blanket treatment you may get from "big" name pest control companies. I'll definitely be hiring him again!

We are a family with 2 boys who have been a few days living in our first house in Allen. Walking out the door on our first couple nights, I walked straight into a hefty sized web, greeted by a few sizeable spiders. After that we began seeing more inside our home, along with some mosquitos and other flying creatures, and I did not want to risk my 2, or 10 year old from being on the receiving end of a spider or insect bite. I reached out to M&M Pest control services and immediately I was working with their crew for help. Scheduling a time for a technician to arrive was a cinch. The technician was punctual, polite, and easy to work with. He carefully listened and answered every question I had. I now feel comfortable in our new home with the confidence of walking on our floors barefoot, not having to worry about something bothering my family. Kory came out and saved us from a chigger apocalypse! He was personable, profressional, and thorough. It took 2 rounds to get them under control but Kory didn't even bat an eyelash at having to come back. He offered round 2 as a freebie(under his guarantee) even though I have almost 3 acres. I gave him some $ anyway for his excellent work ethic and attitude. Great guy, great work. He will be my bug go to guy for the future!

This company is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I actually met the owner, Dan, as he was going door to door himself one weekend. Normally I turn away door sales in a heartbeat, but Dan had absolutely NO high pressure sales pitch. He is definitely a genuine person running an honest business, and I had nothing but appreciation for that. He explained in great detail what he could offer, how it would be done, and how he ensured satisfaction with his services, all while patiently answering my million questions, outside, in the middle of the blazing hot summer. I didn't sign up with him right away, but did email him from time to time with a few questions, over the next several weeks. He was always prompt to respond, and STILL did not hammer me with high pressure sales noise. I eventually cancelled my previous pest control company service, signed up with Falkin on a variety of services for 2 houses, and it's been well worth every cent. Their technicians are all very courteous, professional, punctual, and for return visits they've been so FAST to come back out, that you feel like you're the only customer they've got! Also, the attention to detail is so much better than my previous company. I'd been battling a nasty wasp problem in my backyard for an entire year, WITH my previous company on hand the whole time. Falkin came in and SIGNIFICANTLY made a difference after just their first treatment. They really take the time to fully inspect your home, know what they're doing, and are nicely equipped to address whatever issues are at hand. And, they DO wear shoe covers when coming inside. This company also has things very nicely automated. You know when they're coming, and you know when they're done (thanks to a nice, automated email, that summarizes the services that were JUST completed). Dan runs this business top notch, and stands behind his work!! A+++

I had contacted several pest control companies before I submitted a request on Thumbtack. Wade responded to my request & answered all of my questions immediately. I needed an inspection done that day, which I thought was impossible...he was out within hours. He took his time to make sure the inspection was very thorough & explained his findings. His customer service, quality of work & prices are exceptional. I'll definitely use Smug Bug for my home.
