There are so many personal trainers out there but the wisdom and intricate talent behind the science of the exercises lack thereof. I have interesting workouts and techniques that are challenging yet interesting and fun. They are applicable to whether you are an athlete or you are just starting out. Provided we do an assessment and goal setting session it will help set us up for your program. My workouts are functional, fun, very challenging, motivating, educational, and the effect lingers 24-48 hrs. ASK about the EPOC effect. I am able to determine what the client really needs besides workouts. Whether it be life coaching, nutrition help, life and stress demands, fun and reviving metabolic increasing workouts. My work is beyond the workouts!

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The assessment comes first along goal setting. Then during goal setting we knock out days and times you will need. 2-3 sessions a week is recommended. Homework and meal and drink tracking is included.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated from TWU with my BS in kinesiology and nutrition. I have worked with numerous physcial therapy places. I have several certs: NASM CPT
