Nisha is amazing to have as a trainer!!! She makes time for me despite my horribly busy work schedule which was the first step I needed to get going. She is great at gauging your fitness level and creating workouts for you that are challenging but not impossible to complete for where you are with your fitness. It keeps my motivation going and I leave each workout feeling great (and tired in a good way.) She doesn't let you wimp out when she knows you're not giving it your all (I need this!) but she also knows when to dial it down. She listens to her clients and won't push you beyond what you can do. I have a bad back and she is very good at coming up with exercises that don't exacerbate it and I actually have felt better since my core has gotten stronger to support it. She will also reach out and text you when you least expect it to check on your progress and give you a boost of motivation. I highly recommend her to anyone that wants to make a change and feel better physically and mentally. I have been going to her for a couple of months now and i can already tell a difference in the way I look and feel. It doesn't happen overnight but she will get you in that place where working out is a habit and a part of your life and not something you dread each week. Give her a try! You won't regret it :)
I have been training with Randy for almost one year. He listened to what I was trying to achieve and then provided me a nutrition plan and weekly workouts that has helped me reaching my goals. He is a great motivator and has provided constant encouragement. He expects a lot from each workout, but that is what has helped me keep on track. He does not use "The Drill Sargent" attitude that many other trainers that I interviewed with use. I have been really pleased with my results and still have a way to go but know that I will get there if I keep using Randy and his program. His pricing is reasonable and fair and I appreciate the fact that he works around my travel schedule when needed. If you are looking for that one person to help you with your fitness goals, then stop looking and give Randy a chance. Looking forward to my second year with him.
I really enjoy my workouts with Marlon. I cannot think of a time that I haven't left a session feeling better than when I arrived (even early morning sessions when it is still dark out when we are done). Marlon is very personable and takes the time to remember each client - whether it is a physical limitation or a detail in their personal life. Marlon's positive and upbeat attitude is infectious and will be sure to help you get through those tough workouts. I have noticed a significant difference in my strength level after lifting with him, as opposed to my previous workout regimen that was mostly cardio. Also, The music in the gym is a plus, no club/dance mix songs that are in every other gym I have visited.

I've been working with Bridgette only two weeks and already see results. My arms look leaner and I'm wearing dresses that I had been hesitant to wear. I have been working out with Mark for almost a year now. He keeps the workouts interesting and pushes me just hard enough to make sure we continue to make progress. He is always on time and pleasant to work with. I've also attended a boot camp with Mark and he kept it challenging and fun.
I began massage therapy with Birgit about a year ago. I have an area in the rhomboid region that she treats on a regular basis. I can't begin to tell you how much she has helped this on- going problem. Even though technically what I receive is "therapeutic massage" she really gets in deep and helps those muscles release the tension. I feel 100% better since she has taken me in as a client. When I first began with Ms. B, it was as "the last ditch effort" before I submitted to surgery. With her help, I am able to comfortably go about my day to day routine and surgery is not even an option anymore. I can't thank her enough for giving me back a pain free life.
Jeff is a wonderful person as well as a top-notch professional. Jeffs workouts are intense. You will feel results, you will see results and others will see the results too.
