I recently obtained three estimates for a roofing job, one of which was from Hathuc, with Marcus as their representative. Despite Hathuc offering the lowest bid, $850 less than the highest bid I received, I ultimately decided not to hire them. Marcus was excellent, and his insights aligned well with both my suspicions and those of the third company. However, another company ultimately won me over. While both Hathuc and the other company were transparent about their opinions and pricing, the latter provided me with a more comprehensive understanding of the situation and how it would be addressed. One factor that influenced my decision was the estimate provided by Hathuc, which was only one page long compared to the more detailed estimates provided by other companies. This lack of detail raised concerns about the extent of coverage and what would be included in their services. Specifically, while Hathuc proposed to seal potential points of entry, their warranty did not cover any new holes that might occur within the first year. This left me uncertain about potential oversights and whether I would be fully protected in the event of an animal re-entering my attic. In contrast, the other company’s comprehensive warranty provided coverage for any re-entry by animals, regardless of how they gained access. This demonstrated their confidence in their workmanship and reassured me that they stand behind their services. Consequently, I chose to go with the other company for the job. While Marcus and Hathuc were commendable in many respects, the thoroughness and assurance provided by the other company ultimately swayed my decision.

Jony Ha-Thuc was very professional. I didn't even tell him what the home inspection results for termites were and after is inspection he confirmed the report. His warranty documents have his company name. He wore a uniform with his company logo. He arrived on time. I am moving, but will use him in my next home. And the termites are gone!!! He talked to my husband about more technical things regarding where he saw the termites, so not sure what all that meant, but my husband was pleased as well. Don't look through any more quotes hire this company for all your pest control needs as you will be completely satisfied.
