- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to let the needs of the client dictate the amount of support and appropriate fee(s).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial meeting to determine the core needs of the client. Subsequent meeting to review initial business plan and make any additions or deletions and the development of the final product. Once the business plan is completed then the client can make the decision to have me develop and/or implement the "Critical Objectives" to make their business plan a reality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked with a number of start up companies in various industries. And also quite a few that have been in business for a number of years and have reached a plateau that they can't seem to get beyond.
