Aaron and Sarah from Aqua are wonderful. They answer any questions or concerns in a timely manner. I’m a first time pool owner and Aaron took the time to “Show me the ropes”. I would definitely recommend Aqua Spa and Pools.

My pool was very cloudy and I tried everything and pretty much threw in every chemical that thee pool Store told me to try. I then decided I was in way over my head because I have no idea how to take care of a pool. So Aaron at Aqua pools came to my rescue. My pool looks great!!! I have also had some malfunctioning pool equipment and he has been kind enough to help me navigate through these issues even late into the evening. That tells me he cares not only about his business and what he does, but also the customers he serves. So to me that is definitely going above and beyond. His prices are reasonable by comparison and about average for weekly service, but it is worth it because you get what you pay for.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Weekly service includes all standard chemicals: 10k gallons - $140/month 15k gallons - $150/month 20k gallons - $160/month Free estimates for routine and basic repairs. Filter clean (DE & Cartridge) - $100 Sand filter service - $300-$350
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
AQUA will email new customers our information packet which explains in detail the services performed on a weekly basis. We always prefer to meet our new customers on our first visit if they are available. All equipment will be inspected and a water sample will be taken on the first visit. Water samples are taken monthly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Construction Management degree from the University of Houston and I have over 10 years of hands on pool experience ranging from cleaning to construction. CPO license (Certified Pool Operator)
