- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Hourly rates start at $35.00 per one hour session. My monthly rate starts at $250.00 per month,which includes nutritional coaching.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to train my clients in a gradual progression by not overtraining them, but challenging them session by session .Balance is the key.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am certified in strength training from the Cooper Institute of Aerobic Exercise and Research in Dallas, Texas. I also have a bachelor of science degree in recreation administration from Texas State University with a minor in exercise science. I have worked as a personal trainer starting in the 1990's at the Q Sport Club which later became 24 hour fitness in Euless, Texas. I started training clients in my personal gym that I built in 2015 here in Tyler, Texas.
