- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically for repair service $40 ph, 2hr min. But fencing, decks and patio work is usually a custom job and requires pricing based on a 'per job' basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I would set up an estimate to come see the job in order to better provide a more accurate assessment. Also giving the client and myself the opportunity to engage in a discussion regarding the project at hand. I believe in building trust with clients and being honest as well as being able to deliver on my promises.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been working the trades since out of High School. So naturally, I decided to pursue a craft that I excel at. My father was a tradesman, also a huge motivational force behind what I do.
