My experience was excellent, very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate the fact that he took time to listen to me about my goals and injuries. I had other trainers that didn't want to take me on because of my injuries but Mr Morehead took me in as a client and as a friend. He taught me that I shouldn't let injuries confine me and that I was still able to accomplish my goals. I applaud him for everything that he has accomplished and he isn't a regular trainer, he goes that extra miles. Now when I receive compliments I tell them, "If you want real results and my body he's the guy."

Melton is knowledge and creates fun and challenging workouts. As an older woman I feel comfortable with him making my workouts effective and efficient.
