- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Residential - 50$ / Hour + parts Commercial - 100$/ Hour + Parts Certain services have lower prices such as Computer Cleanings at 50$ (Typically take 1-3 hours).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial client meetings are usually an in-person meeting or consultation either at the office or at the clients office. This is usually the no-cost diagnostic of the issue they are experiencing. Afterwards, if they choose to accept our bid there may be some paperwork associated with the work being done (Such as release of liability for data recovery etc), and once completed one of our team of 5 computer experts will begin working on the work order. We use an online ticketing system to keep the customer informed via email every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates of Cisco Network Administration and a minor (Cert) in Computer information Systems and (a second) in Computer Data Processing. I have 3 years of experience in corporate IT and I have 7 years of experience freelancing for different clients of varying size.
