Amber Williams is such an AMAZING trainer. I met Amber 3years ago when I first moved to Texas and joined In Awe fitness. Her method of training is like no other.. Amber provides the right training skills and a very detailed meal plan to fit your needs. She tough, caring and has a lot of patience and enjoys what she does. She is always available by phone or text. She also tracks your progress daily as your working towards your goal. I could not have asked for a better trainer and now proud to call friend. She has brought a lot of clients together from all walks of life and we have all become part of the In Awe family. I promise you will not be DISAPPOINTED. Hands down Amber is remarkable.

Lori Hazel is an awesome personal trainer! I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone to help ya get yourself into better shape by doing exercises safely! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional and also helpful by explaining the "why's", "how's" and "why not's" to the various exercise positions. I am very pleased with her style of training. And also affordable!
I have been working out with Nancy for the last three months and have really enjoyed her sessions. Nancys sessions, though tough, are really beneficial and you will leave knowing you had a really good workout. She mixes in the right amount of different workouts to isolate different muscles as well as making sure to keep your heart rate up with some cardio mixed in. Nancy also has a social and upbeat personality that allows her to communicate well with students. During her sessions, if she isnt monitoring your form making sure youre always using the correct form so you will not injury yourself, she is participating in the workout. My personal opinion, anyone can write a hard work and then make their students do the workout. I like it when my trainers are working out with me and knowing how hard/easy the workout is and where they can improve/modify the workout. With that being said, I recommend you giving Nancy the opportunity to not only be your trainer, but your friend.
Clint helps me every week to get the body I want. He pushes me to train harder and be stronger. He helps you believe anything is possible if you have the determination to reach your goals. I love having Koko as a personal trainer! She's upbeat, accommodating, motivational, reasonably priced and most importantly....She keeps me honest. Cause let's face it, without some supervision I'd most likely do about three bench presses and call it a day. Having Koko train me ensures I get an "actual" workout in. For me personally, I have never set specific goals with her (i.e. weight loss, increased cardio) and that's just fine with me. Because of this she varies the body area, weight and cardio components to build upon my strengths and improve my weaknesses. My workouts with her are varied, challenging enough to be worthwhile, but not heinous and afterwards I always look forward to our next session. I highly recommend Koko to help you reach your fitness goals, whether it's becoming "summertime fine", or like me you value having someone assist you in form, function and motivation.
I have been training with Darrian for nearly a year now. She has helped me achieve my goal of losing 40 pounds in a healthy way, and has encouraged me to live well with healthy diet and exercise. Throughout my training, Darrian was always patient with me while I learned the exercises, and in the beginning, helped me modify exercises to gain the strength to perform them fully. As I grew stronger, she adapted my workouts to make them more challenging than I ever thought I could do previously. Her friendly, positive attitude always made workouts enjoyable, and I would highly recommend her to anyone of any fitness level.

Training is something I have been doing for over 30 years. In doing so, I was part of quarter final champion team in football, district champion for two years running in tennis, state finalist in 200M, long jump, 4x100 relay and state champion in pole vault. After high school, I was invited to the Florida Marlins and Colorado Rockies tryouts. I won base champion in racquetball, MVP base in football team, and part of the base winning softball team. I went into the Marine Corps at age 28 and finished top five in my unit. I still currently workout between 1 to 2 hours a day, 5 to 7 days a week, depending on my training cycle. I also have my own massage table as I was a massage therapist many years ago.
