Introduction: I would say the number one thing that makes us stand out above everyone else is our Customer Service. We have a designated account manager who will communicate with you to ensure you are satisfied. On top of that combined we have over 10 years of experience. We know what works and what doesn't work and we will do it in the most efficient way. Our company provides both residential and commercial cleaning services. During a residential cleaning, the cleaning will include but is not limited to cobwebs in the corners/edges, ceiling fans, blinds, interior windows, window sills, dusting/polish, baseboards, & floors vacuumed/swept & mopped. Everything in the bathrooms and kitchens cleaned & disinfected, as well as the counters, exterior cabinets and drawers in the kitchen, vent-a-hood, and the exterior of all the appliances and the interior of the microwave. If it is a deep clean or move out clean it will be a scrub down of all those things including inside of all appliances. A commercial cleaning requires a meeting with a manager where your businesses specific cleaning needs can be assessed. Our housekeepers love to help people out, it is our way of giving. When we walk into a mess we are not there to judge we are there to clean and when it is all done, and we have a happy customer then we feel good about our job! We are fully insured and strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction.

We were totally wowed at the amazing work Julie did. We were very pleased with our choice to hire this company. We will be expecting a full deposit now from our landlord after this very thoroughly cleaned house was inspected upon move-out. It was spotless and immaculate. Even the most discerning customers such as my wife and I were impressed. The wow factor had us taking about how impressed we were and how we regretted not finding them sooner. How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ampro was started by myself the owner landing one office cleaning job. I was a stay at home Mom and just wanted a little extra cash but once I started I enjoyed it and decided to make it much more than it was. I started helping people by cleaning their houses. I LOVE helping people and that is how I see it, its not just a job! Now I get to help customers but also my employees, it's GREAT!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of the jobs we do are recurring cleanings for residents, commercial cleaning for a wide variety and we do a lot of work with apartment complexes. We also have a power washing department and window cleaning department.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If I could give you any advice about choosing who to hire when it comes to having someone clean inside your home or business. #1. Get to know them and make sure you will enjoy working with them. #2. There will always be someone who is cheaper but remember that cheaper isn't always better. We try to be as affordable as we can for the everyday person but we also want to take care of our employees and be insured so that you get quality work and have the assurance that everything will be ok.
