- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly service rate is $90.00 Quotes given for installations are 'not to exceed' proposals, so no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it is possible, I prefer to visit the home first to discuss the scope of work, point out any possible challenges and discuss options. I try to turn around proposals within 48 hours, depending on the size of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend trade shows, sit in on vendor classes and attend local workshops to stay familiar with new products and technologies.
