Michaela has done amazing work for me as a real estate agent. I wanted to sell my home in Atlanta and find a lease in Dallas while getting a new home built there. Michaela found a great agent for me to work with in Atlanta who sold my home much faster than I expected. Michaela also spent a lot of time helping me find a rental property while I was still out of state. She took videos of homes and sent to me to review. I only needed to take one trip to Dallas to finalize my lease. She also helped me find a great new neighborhood in a good school district for a home that I had built. She came to all the builder meetings with me and helped resolve all the little problems that came up during the construction. Now I'm in a brand new home that I love. And she even gave me a great homecoming gift when I moved in. She was never difficult to reach, always took time to answer my MANY questions and always made me feel like family. I couldn't have picked a better real estate agent. She made everything easy and I'm very happy with my move to Dallas.

I used Michaela to sell a home and purchase another. She reviewed the market data with me and allowed me to set the sales price on my home. We had a contract the first day the house was on the market. She guided us through the processes of both buying and selling and kept in constant contact with us. When we needed services, such as inspectors, repairmen and movers, she always referred us to people we were able to trust. We loved working with her and will refer our friends and family to her.
