Mr. Torrado reached out to me on Thumbtack when we needed an experienced professional to complete our 2016 taxes. I was concerned at first because of his profession as an accountant. However the positive reviews and qualifications presented alleviated those concerns. He has 20 years of experience in bookkeeping and taxes and is insured for general liability, "Errors and Omissions" and "Data Protection/Identity Theft". After a brief introduction and agreement to terms, I was able to upload my documentation via a secure and encrypted portal. The process was quick and convenient. As a busy professional, I don't have the time to sit down at an office to get taxes completed. We were able to get most questions addressed via phone and email. Mr. Torrado was very professional and responsive in correcting minor issues. He was able to provide a detailed breakdown of our 2016 federal taxes return before filing for us. We would recommend his services. If you need to meet to discuss matters, he is willing to travel to your home or work.

Robert was brought in to help us with an urgent accounting issue. He quickly became familiar with the problem at hand and immediately started working towards a goal. He is very focused, bright, and quick on his feet. Such a huge help! Aside from solving our problem, we are a fairly new company that needed a lot of help with bookkeeping and management.
