I had a compaq laptop that needed a hard drive. The hard drive was bad enough that Brian had to load a new Windows 7. He went above and beyond what we had discussed upon him picking up the computer from my home. The hard drive was replaced with a couple extra small services that I was not charged for in a very satisfactory time and a very reasonable charge. Very satisfied with the service I received.
