Introduction: I provide nutrition education, fitness instruction and training. I provide nutrition accountability, help you learn to eat for life. I can assist in helping you lose weight, maintain or gain or whatever you need.
But, my goal is always that people not diet, but I want to help you eat properly to support your goals. I also provide personal training in all modems to include strength, cardiovascular exercise, yoga, Pilates and much more. The convenience is that you can either come to me, and I have the equipment, or I can come out to your home and train you there. It is the convenience of not having to deal with a gym.
