- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
PLEASE BE READY TO MOVE FORWARD WITH YOUR PROJECT. WE ARE CHARGED A SIGNIFICANT FEE FOR THE "LEAD" EVEN IF NOT HIRED, SO PLEASE BE SERIOUS ABOUT SCHEDULING YOUR PROJECT. Prices depend upon the job. Prices given are an estimate for hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
PLEASE BE READY TO MOVE FORWARD WITH YOUR PROJECT. WE ARE CHARGED A SIGNIFICANT FEE FOR THE "LEAD" EVEN IF NOT HIRED, SO PLEASE BE SERIOUS ABOUT SCHEDULING YOUR PROJECT. We will arrive to assess the work that needs to be completed and discuss labor and material costs. A formal bid will be given to the customer who will then decide if they want to move forward with the repairs. Once a time is agreed upon, work will be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a retired aviation mechanic from the U.S. Navy. I have extensive hands on experience in outdoor living spaces/decks, home remodeling, floor, and various other knowledge. I have been working in the construction industry for over 10 years.
