Introduction: I offer athlete classes and specialize in yoga for improved athletic performance that includes breath work, muscle releasing, power poses and sport psychology techniques of visualization and meditation. I also offer women only group classes for those not wanting a mixed class. My home studio is cozy and allows me to work closely with every student attending. Giving others the tools they need to enjoy living life to the fullest!

Trena is fantastic. She comes to my office twice a week and teaches a class for all my employees. She has been working with us for three months now and all of us feel healthier, less stressed, and happier. We all look forward to seeing Trena and hearing the new tidbit of information that will help us heal, grow, and become stronger and healthier. She truly cares about each individual person and she is an incredibly good teacher. Always making sure we are in the proper positions and form. She is so warm, friendly, and has a TON of knowledge about Yoga and living a healthier life. To put if bluntly...she's helped change each of our lives and helped make our very very stressful work environment a little more peaceful and a little less stressful the days she comes. If I could have her comes every day, I would. My employees are loving this and so am I!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As my overhead is small I work individually with students to fit yoga into their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with assessing injuries, alignment and posture issues, and general fitness level and previous yoga experience. I always begin with the breath and becoming centered before moving into poses.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 200 hour certified Hatha yoga instructor and I am currently finishing my PowerYogaforSports certification after which I will start my 500 hour certification specializing in injuries and rehabilitation
