- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are always free! Members of the military, active, retired, or otherwise, and members of first responders, like police, EMS, and firefighters get to enjoy a 10% discount on all the services we provide! Repairs, maintenance, service, diagnostic. and installation pricing will always be discussed BEFORE service is completed to help prevent surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First time customers will be added to our system, then scheduled for the service they request. The info we will request is: *Customer name *Phone number *Email address (for invoicing and scheduling and the occasional request for reviews, we love you too) *Service address *Billing address (if different than service address)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on experience for over 15 years extensive training courses on high performance, multistage, multi zone, indoor air quality, duct design, and heat load.
