Customers rated this pro highly for work quality, professionalism, and responsiveness.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically do an all inclusive type of pricing, however, I'm open to whatever makes sense for everyone involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing I like to do is get on the phone and get to know each other a bit and better understand your expectations, what's important for you, and what makes sense for us both. Having a digital scope of work for me to work with helps a lot, but isn't required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been flying drones for about 8 years now. I started in the military flying the RQ-7B Shadow 200 TUAS, being proficient on the Legacy, Increased Endurance, and TCDL (encrypted) platforms. After that, I got into the commercial space flying DJI Phantom like drones inspecting communication towers and their lighting systems. While doing that I also got into wind turbine blade inspections through a company called SkySpecs flying their Freefly Alta 6 and 8. Recently, I got into FPV flying, and have a DJI FPV drone that I fly regularly. I still perform the communication tower inspections and wind turbine blade inspections regularly as my main source of income, though I'm working on my FPV skills to offer creative, dynamic promotional video content for local small business. I'm Part 107 certified with the FAA - Cert# 4005659. I'm fully insured on an as needed, job-by job basis, meaning I purchase insurance specifically when I'm doing a particular job since I don't do it often enough to justify an annual policy. I'm CPR/AED certified. I'm OSHA10 certified.
