Rhino replaced my roof and repaired the fence and interior damage caused by a tornado. James was my contact, and he was terrific. He worked with the insurance adjustors to get all of the required repairs covered even though the insurance company did not originally want to cover them. He was in constant contact with me and walked me though the entire process. The sub-contractors he selected were all excellent, and James always reviewed their work to make sure it was done well. I am also going to use Rhino and James to do some additional work I want done that is not related to the tornado.

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Rhino Roofing. I would whole-heartedly recommend them. My "Team Lead" was Carmon and I felt confident in him the whole way through. He helped me when my insurance company denied my claim at first. When he convinced them that my roof was legitimately damaged, the team came out and did an amazing job. He was always reachable. AND...just 3 days ago a tornado ripped through my city (Dallas) and he was at my house looking at my roof to make sure it didn't sustain any damage (it didn't). Everything I think a person should look for in a roofing company, I found in Rhino Roofing.

Rhino roofing helped me file a claim with my insurance, then worked with my insurance to get the damages covered. They tore off 2 layers of shingles and installed my new roof in just one day!!
