Float2Stroke Swim School & Inside Out Yoga

Introduction: I teach survival swimming to babies, toddlers, children, teenagers and adults. It is a summer and fall program. I teach yoga in the fall, winter, and spring. I do small classes in my home. I offer private instruction at my home or I do travel to your location. I also teach yoga on the corporate level to businesses during their lunch hour or in the early evenings.
