- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take pride in offering a great value. We always allocate extra time to review the finished product with you and answer any questions. Our service always includes free general tech support afterwards. If difficulties arise during work, we keep you advised and in control rather than blindside you with a larger-than-agreed bill at the end of the day. Also, credit card fees can be pretty high, and we are willing to offer small discounts to those willing to pay cash or check.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen and learn what your needs are, how you envision the final product in your home or business, and we offer bids in a good-better-best manner that makes it easy to select offerings that are comfortable to you without experiencing pushy salesmanship. If you accept our bid, we begin work as soon as possible. If you need to make changes along the way, we get everything in writing and only proceed with your written approval.
