I highly recommend working with Kaitlan to start weight training in a way that won’t set you up for stress injuries down the line. She is detailed and pays attention to form all the way to the end so you dont end up overcompensating or cheating on those last reps when you’re tired (which is where injury tends to occur) her anatomy and weight training knowledge is spot on and she’ll help you understand where to feel things as you target muscles you haven’t worked out before. Kaitlan custom designs workouts with purpose and direction- so you aren’t getting a cookie cutter one size fits all generic plan. I needed to rehabilitate a shoulder injury yo get back into weight training. Her plan for boosted range of motion (flexibility), while still adding strength through stabilizing and endurance weight training in a way that I could build up from there. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing for personal training packages vary due to the amount of pre - paid session purchases. The more sessions you buy, the more discount you get.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We would set up a time to meet in person and do a free consultation. The consultation will consist of sitting down and going over goals that you would like to achieve along with having a short 30 -45 minute workout so you can have a feel for how training with each other would be like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have coached competitive gymnastics for over 7+ years. I recently have received NASM CPT along with a certification is FNS (fitness nutrition specialist)
