We just started lessons with Mrs. Clement and she is very good and we are pleased with her. We are looking forward to the association with her.Jun 27, 2013Verified
She is very organized. She keeps me informed of events, lessons, and the progress of my children. She works hard to understand my children individually and their goals in playing the piano. I have recommended Linda to many friends.Mar 26, 2013Bountiful Music Academy's reply
This parent has Jr. high and high school students. They are willing to come to very early morning lessons and they are prompt and ready to learn. I am especially pleased with their progress.
She produces concert quality players, clear communication and reward system. We've been with her studio for about 4 years and both our boys have excelled under her instruction. Linda genuinely cares about each student's success.Feb 6, 2015
Linda is the best! She is very kind and patient, and yet still maintains a high expectation for her students. If you are looking for a piano experience that will really amount to something, choose Linda.Mar 21, 2013Bountiful Music Academy's reply
This parent spends a lot of time with her three children to help them understand and learn the material. She is very invested in the process and drives a quite a distance to piano lessons. She is very positive and encouraging with her children, yet firm with limits, which makes my job that much easier.
She is a wonderful piano teacher. She does a great job motivating her students. My son has learned so much from her in a very short time period. I would highly recommend Linda.Mar 21, 2013Bountiful Music Academy's reply
This parent is very supportive at home, which makes for a great parent-teacher-child team. She responds to my emails, and works with her child to complete the assignments as directed. The student is always on time and ready to learn!
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Each month is the same price whether there are 3 or 6 lessons in the month. Lessons are prorated 4 lessons per tuition month. The client sets up an automatic payments, so that monthly payments are easy and seamless.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I personally meet with each new client to find out their goals and plans. I want to seek or my service to their needs. I regularly send out the calendar via email, (with explanations on how each tuition month is divided into lessons,) as well as send notifications of upcoming events and recitals. I keep parents informed on their students' progress and notify them if something needs attention. When a parent asks something of me, I try to respond the same day if possible. I take seriously the success of each student and try to give top notch service!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I earned the Nationally Certified Teacher of Music by both the Utah Music Teacher's Association and the Music Teachers National Association. I often attend the Music Teachers Association conferences and workshops. I continue to find ways to be a better teacher, as well as study ways to be a service-oriented business owner. I am interested in my clients and treat them as individuals.
