- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am competitive with any rates in the region. My goal is to help maximize your return which includes maximizing your revenue and minimizing your costs. As a fellow property investor, I can related to your needs and expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I want to make sure that I understand your situation and your goals. I explain to you my responsibilities and what you can expect from me. I then review your property to assess condition, marketability, and proper pricing. The next step is for us to sign the Property Management Agreement which allows me to get to work for you right away!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a real estate investor since 2005 and have managed some of my local properties and hired other managers to manage my out of town properties so I know and understand the processes of property management. I am licensed in the state of Utah and have training and certification through my company, Property Management Inc., the largest property management franchise in the nation! They provide a wealth of resources to the process of management of properties.
