- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing is based on the information the customer supplies at that time. After looking at the problem if there will be more work involved the customer will know upfront the cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When working with new customers I like to let them know a little bit about me first. My experience and background. I like to know what they expect and what kind of time span to complete the job.

I am well versed in electrical to 220, refrigeration, hydraulics and pneumatic s. Currently run the Maintenance and Transportation for a large Distribution Center as well as my side jobs.
