Leah is mind blowingly knowledgeable about what she does. Not only can she find and release my deep knots but she also went through exercises to help prevent them from resurfacing. I also like that she addressed my energy as potential causes too and we cleared that. There’s so much more to the body than just the physical parts we can see. Excited to book her again!
