When I first heard about this app I was scared that the person that was going to decorate the venue didn’t have the same visual for the theme I wanted but I wrote a message to confetti studio and they were so comprehensive, they did not once say that they couldn’t do it or they didn’t have it and they had the same visual that I had wanted for the theme for my 20th birthday party also they did an amazing job with the decorating they definitely give you what you want I totally recommend it! Love their desserts as well very delicious guests were in love with everything they did. I would totally ask them to decorate feature parties. When I first saw them my first impression was that they where so sweet!❤️lovely girls!❤️

I hired this company and was very disappointed in the communication with the owner. I paid my deposit because I got God vibes from her initially but it quickly went downhill. I even stressed to her my needs and concerns only be further disappointed. I wanted to touch base weekly but it was clearly too much to ask. I fired her and she didn't respond any kind of way. I wouldn't recommend her with a clear conscious.

Kinu, I respect your opinions however this is factually untrue. Receipts show how often we were in communication which was between 1-3 days at a time including weekends and holidays which you were also expecting of me. I did let you know that since we were over 60 days out for the baby shower, communication would not need to be daily and I would keep you updated weekly with all progress and more often when necessary. Your response here saying I was ‘fired’ shows that we may just be the wrong fit for each other as you were needing someone who could commit to daily hours of one on one planning at 60 days out for a family baby shower. I am sorry we could not partner together and wish you the very best with your event.

My pricing is completely based on what you want as the customer! Our products are custom and the pricing is as well to create the perfect package for you. Dont hesitate to reach out to us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we message the client and thank you for considering us as we know it is a huge decision! Then depending on the service of inquiry, we will send a mockup of the final product to assure we are perfectly executing your vision, and that we are the right fit for your needs. Then, we discuss the final details of the event such as deposits, dates, times, locations to get you fully booked into our calendar. If your event is further out, you can expect to hear from us periodically to confirm details and help with any loose ends you may need!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Human Development and Family Studies which truly trickles into everything I do. As funny as it sounds, I also keep up on education in balloons as well as decor of events! Every year things change and we want to offer our clients the best. We invest in education courses from big companies in New York and LA to learnt he newest trends for each year!
