In addition, Lai Rupe's Choreography is a certified business in the State of Utah. All of our Choreographers are Professionally Trained and First Aid & CPR Certified. In 2014 Lai Rupe's Choreography was nominated Utah's Best Choreography! I love everything about my job. Because of YOU, I am able to share my passion with dancing for all those around me and all across the Nation. In 2014 we even branched out to choreographing Internationally in London, England. Dance is so powerful and inspiring that it allows us to connect, no matter where we are in the world. There is nothing I love more.

My name is Jenna and I am the director if Avidity Dance Company. I have been working with the amazing Alaina Rupe for a little over 3 years now and the choreography she comes up with, no matter what the style or ability, always amazes me and my dancers. We are never bored and we are always learning new and challenging things. That's the thing about Alaina. She always knows how to push you and make you work hard without making it overwhelming. Although she is an advanced dancer, she can come up with choreography for any age or ability and ROCK IT! We have our Chrismas performances coming up and I can't wait to see what she has in store for us! Alaina will always be welcome and loved at ADC. We wish her the best!

I had Alaina as a teacher when I was in my previous dance company, and I thought she was amazing! She is a beautiful technical dancer and such a great teacher! I thought working with her was a great experience!

Great to work with, accommodating, punctual. I cannot say enough about how great Lai Rupe's Choreography was for my event. We required some dance instruction for all ages, very freestyle and it was handled perfectly and professionally. I will hire them again

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ever since I was a little girl, all I ever wanted to do was to be a Professional Dancer and someday own my own dance studio. Now that I am an adult and many of my childhood dreams have changed, this one has not. Dancing is my life. It is my first love. Every day I get to dance is greater than the one before. As I fulfill my childhood dreams, I am so excited to now have the opportunity to help other dancers achieve their dreams too. I have been dancing professionally for over 20 years and there is nothing more that I love to do in this world than share my talents and passion for dance with others. I have been a Dance Teacher and Choreographer for over 5 years and have loved the success that continues to strive from it. I love every opportunity I have to choreograph, teach, and share my passion for dancing with others!
