Introduction: I have been in the construction business for almost 20 years, started as a framer, doing houses and apartments for few years, then I did some work doing finish carpentry, I had work doing HVAC and electrical work, until finally 8 years ago decided to go and get my license as a plumber, i did residential plumbing, commercial, and service plumbing working for a company, until finally 3 years ago in 2020 I started working into creating my own company.

Julio is very skilled and takes an enormous amount of pride in the work he does! We recently had him and his partner, Jose, completely re-do our shower floor due to mold issues. Julio diagnosed the problem and went right to work. From removing the floor, mitigating the mold issue, leveling the floor, building a cement shower pan and multiple applications of waterproofing, Julio and Jose knew exactly what they were doing and they did it well. They even went above and beyond and cleaned and sealed our entire shower tile work - they did outstanding work! We will have him back for future projects, for sure. Highly recommend JAZ Construction for all your construction and plumbing needs!!

Our garbage disposal is starting to leak today. We bought a disposal at Lowes. We looked into having someone install the disposal we bought. Julio called us within minutes of our inquiry and was at our house within close to an hour on a Sunday afternoon. The disposal we bought didn't have a power cord, and Julio was on it enough to have brought a new backup disposal in case the one we bought didn't work. He wasn't much more for the disposal and installation as some were quoting just for installation. Was fast, fair, and we would recommend and use again.
