I wish I could put into words the amazing talent that Ty and Joe and the rest of the staff at CommuniCanine possess. Both trainers are compassionate and passionate about the work they do. They BELIEVE in their work and want all dogs and owners to have an amazing and healthy relationship. They desire for dogs to be happy in any environment and show owners how to make that environment safe and happy for the dog and all family members. I've had help with three dogs now. Two have now passed and I'm having them help me train my third Rottweiler. They are fun and group trainings are super fun and the dogs LOVE them! The first dog Ty helped me with was a 3 year old Rottie whose owner had passed away. He came to us anxiety ridden and almost was not able to function. Within a week after implementing the advice from Ty, Barney was stable, happy, and anxiety free. It was amazing. I've come to see the same positive response with my other dogs I've had. You cannot go wrong with working with CommuniCanine. Every staff member is amazing and will do whatever it takes to help you train your dog so your relationship with your companion will be rewarding. (P.S. No I'm not a staff member or related to any of the owners or staff. This is my own personal opinion of an amazing company.)

I tried buying a book from this company. My credit card was charged and I did not receive any invoice or receipt from the payment processor. I had no idea what i was being charged for. I also signed up for an offer of $1 for a 3 day trial period for an e-course on 60 days to a better dog. I still have no idea what happened there, because it never gave me any information then or later, and I could not access it on the website ...also it said it would charge my credit card in 3 days for more money if i didn't cancel... I had no idea what i was being charged for, how much would be charged or when the 3 days was up.) I clicked on the link to the website and there was no info there. When I sent an e-mail asking for this information, Krysta the office manager said she was confused why I wanted a receipt. Then she cancelled a scheduled phone appointment for which cleared my schedule without consulting me. I don't know if the dog training program is good or not. I couldn't get past the passive aggressive office manager.

I'm sorry you had this experience. For the benefit of those who will read this, though, I'll add some accuracy. Denis bought a few products off our website last night after business hours. I'm not sure why, but he didn't know what he bought. The system sent out a receipt as it automatically does. But right after purchasing Denis began to email over and over and over and call the phones over and over. We were closed, so we didn't see these attempts. But the more he emailed the angrier he got and the more he started threatening us. When I started work this morning I resent him the receipt and immediately refunded everything as he said he didn't know what he bought. I'm sorry that Denis got so angry. I know it can be frustrating if you're confused about something and the business is closed. It seems as if that anger just kept getting bigger and by the time we opened there was nothing we could do to abate it. Sorry, again, that you didn't have the experience you were hoping for.

Communicanine is amazing. I sent my pit there for the boot camp and when I got him back I was blown away. My dog was so stubborn and would do the opposite of everything I said before he went there. Now he listens to everything I say eager to please!!!
