Keegan is the most knowledgeable trainer I've had. He knows cutting edge techniques for myofascial release, cardiovascular training, and strength training. He listened to my goals before we started training and together, we came up with a plan catered specifically to me. I got to choose the amount of personal training sessions, stretch sessions, and yoga sessions I wanted. I feel so much more energetic and all-around healthier since I started training with him. I'm way more flexible, far stronger and have achieved several goal weights with him.
Scott was a huge help with lower back issues I’ve been dealing with. His knowledge and teaching style were exactly what I was looking for in a yoga instructor, and I appreciated his sense of humor. I’ve never had a teacher more willing to provide opportunities to deepen my yoga practice. He guided me into gaining every benefit of each pose and in result, I feel like I have gained new insights into what my practice and body needs. The class went by way too fast for me—I can’t wait for the next one!
I have been going to weekly yoga classes for 14 years and met a lot of teachers and Amy is right on the top of my list. Not only is she great in yoga and executes each pose like an expert, more importantly, she is a GREAT teacher! She will talk you through the proper alignment of every pose and tell you about all the modifications you can make in order to make the pose easier or super-advanced (with everything in between too.) She does all this in a very peaceful and calming manner that allows you to relax and focus on your yoga during class. I highly recommend Amy and I still would be attending her classes had I not moved out of state.
Yoga by Rian is by far my first choice for yoga classes. Rian is a brilliant teacher. He’s mindful of each students strengths and weaknesses and is able to give individual instruction while maintaining focus and direction throughout the entire session. Rian is also super knowledgeable. He is passionate about his students well being and I always leave class feeling uplifted and better!
I have never been so pleased and happy about taking a 🧘♀️ class😀 Jennifer was the best yoga instructor I have ever had before ♥️She is fun and highly qualified to instruct and teach. She made me feel like I can accomplish anything. I would highly recommend taking this class with Jennifer.

Brooklyn taught a class for Murray School District Continuing Education on Saturdays. It was an intermediate yoga class, 1 hour 15 minutes each week.
I enjoy Alyssa's' yoga classes because she gives you options when you are doing a certain positions. If you to make the yoga pose more of a challenge or easier, she will tell you to do a little more of this or that, and she always shows you an example. I'm amazed at her knowledge of the history of the different chakras and how they relate to your body. I love that she takes the time to explain the benefit of the different positions. The classes that I've been to have a range from young to old and she has the ability to make everyone feel like they are having a private lesson. I would recommend her classes to anyone that is just learning or has been doing yoga for years.
Robin is a wonderful yoga teacher! She came to our house and even taught the class outside on our front lawn because it was a nice day. I felt totally relaxed and happy after the class, and I can't wait to hire Robin again.
We did Ashtanga yoga on the beach. She was very clear in her explanation of the poses and gave us modifications which made it easy to move through poses and concentrate on our breathe.

Julie was very respectful and flexible! She worked with our schedule and did massages for me and 2 of my friends. It was a relax-full experience and much needed. The massage really helped me to feel less stressed about all of the things I have going on in life right now. I would definitely recommend her!
