I had my consultation visit with Gabriela and am excited to start the process. She put me at ease about hypno therapy and I am excited that Reike will also be included as I see many pluses to this as well.

I had a great experience with Rachel. I've had chronic back pain and wanted to try massage therapy. I did an hour massage and it was great and relaxing. The space is warm and has a good ambiance. Rachel is very knowledgable of her field and gave me some good advice. I'm glad that I found her on thumbtack, would definitely recommend!

Best massage ever! I have suffered from chronic middle back pain for 25 years. Every few years I need the help of a professional to relieve the pain as I can only do so much with self-correcting stretches and home physical therapy. Karen, was a perfect match and took great care to focus on the most concerning areas—occipital, mid back between the shoulder blades, and lower sacral. She is a master at her craft and healing. I can’t remember the last time I felt this good and in alignment—way better than a chiropractor.

Charlene provided full body massages for my wife and I in our home. She did a thorough, friendly and professional job. We are fairly new to massage therapy and she worked with us to understand our needs. Her touch worked stress out of several tight areas and she was sensitive to tender spots from injuries. We would recommend her for a soothing, relaxing therapeutic massage.

I am a 57 year old male. I have started this review several different times trying to find the words to express my extreme satisfaction with James. Prior to beginning he listened attentively to my explanation of concerns and assured me he could help aleviate some of my issues, some we agreed would need long term therapy. I have been receiving massage therapy for several years, but always from a female therapist. Although each did a good job, I always felt they were somehow holding back. I hesitantly decided to seek out a male therapist. James was very positive and confident and his attitude helped greatly to elevated my hesitation. When he finished I was very satisfied by the work he did, however the next day I was even more satisfied. I slept soundly that night and the next morning I woke so relaxed I just wanted to lie in bed and relish the relaxed state of my body and mind. I made an appointment to receive an adjustment with my chiropractor. He was impressed with how easily my adjustment went. Thank you for your self confidence and professionalism James, I will be coming back.

I've had several massages over the years due to the pain I experience from repetitive motion as a hairstylist and Anita has been the first therapist to actually acknowledge those problem areas and give me proper therapy work that carries on into my daily life not just the time of my massage. She was sweet, respectful, and punctual. I felt completely comfortable with her and her knowledge. She was also affordable. I'd recommend her to anyone in need of massage therapy.

It was seriously like nothing I have experienced before. I had woken up with a headache and only after 10 minutes of TJ working her magic, it had disappeared. It was literally the most relaxing, calming massage and more. It was like relaxing fireworks as I could feel all the tension, toxins and negative energy flow right out of me.

I contacted Mary looking for massage therapy for my young adult granddaughter who lives in UT. I do not live in SLC, am from out of state, so it involved a lot of "taking it on faith" when I requested a massage. Mary was gracious and helpful. She offered information as requested and was willing to speak to me via phone call. Mary went above and beyond with my granddaughter. During MY visit to SLC, she gave me a massage that was of high quality. I've had body work for over 30 years. Mary is right at the top of my list of favorite practitioners. Thanks, Mary.

I have been searching for a good massage therapist since moving to SLC 3 years ago, and I had yet to find one that I felt was competent in his/her work and knowledgeable about athletes' bodies and sports-related injuries. I happened to stumble across Sarah's website last week, so I called for an appointment to schedule an hour-long massage. I explained to Sarah that I was a climber, and that I needed deep-tissue work to relax my extremely tight shoulders and upper-traps. Sarah was AWESOME!!! I could tell that she instinctively knew what muscles to work on and what areas of my back and shoulders were tight. She definitely gave good deep-tissue work, and the next couple of days after my massage, my body felt more loosened and relaxed, and I was actually able to climb stronger! I highly recommend Sarah to anyone. Not just athletes like myself, but anyone who wants a knowledgeable and well-trained massage therapist to do deep-tissue work or Swedish or Russian massage (just talk to Sarah about your needs - she'll know what type of work to do for you!) GO TO SARAH!! Best massage I've had in a long time! :)

Every massage is detailed to every different person's needs. No two people are the same, so no two massages are the same. I like to spoil my clients with steamed towels and additions of hot stones, so you get the therapeutic work with the spa feeling without paying a spa price.

        About

I am highly trained and skilled in rehabilitative and medical massage. Having worked and studied alongside chiropractors and physical therapists, I have learned to blend the research based aspects of physical therapy with the intuitive and responsive approach of massage therapy. I use a combination of active and passive massage techniques to increase mobility, reduce scar tissue and restriction associated with injury or chronic postural problems, and build better neuro-muscular integration throughout the body.

        About

I provide massage therapy services customized specifically for each individual client. I use various modalities, from injury and sports to Reiki and crystal healings.

        About

I have just finished massage school and looking to make a difference in the massage industry. I like the idea of being able to help people feel better to help them get through the day in everything they do.

        About

My specialty is Thai massage, and I love it! It is like getting three treatments in one. Included in this massage is opening the energy channels in the body, the compression to release the tight muscles, and the stretching to open up the joints and release the bound up muscles. It is referred to as lazy man's yoga because of some of the postures we do in the session. Everything is facilitated by me, so you just relax and breathe. It is done fully clothed, and I use my feet, hands and knees to give the massage. I also have bars above my table that allow me to walk on hamstrings, stand on the gluts, or work on your back. Usually, after a session, you are so energized and full of energy and ready to tackle the day! I always say, "Thai Massage is where it is fun to be walked all over".
