- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Contractors do not work for free and not all General Contractors are created equal. Often times you get what you pay for in this industry. Please realize that a responsible contractor will be transparent and communicate well. Regardless of price ,you should still feel like you got more than what you paid for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our approach to construction isn’t industry typical. We realize that It’s your home, business or project and your dreams. When you work with us we know that we are only stewards of those dreams. We take a sophisticated and structured approach, utilizing technology to shorten timelines and reduce the headache that all construction projects bring. Combined with only utilizing licensed and insured subcontractors, we aim to provide the highest quality work possible.
