Treatment type
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: If you're looking for a medium - deep tissue swedish massage to unwind the stress of the day, then you've found your therapist. Also, while a relaxing massage is a core feature I offer, my specialties are working with chronic pains, imbalances in the body, injuries, or repetitive motion stresses. Plantar fascitis, carpal tunnel, post surgery shoulder problems, hip dysfunction and more are just some of the very common client problems that I work through. My massage is usually best with a 90 minute session. I also do hour and 2 hour appointments. The session length is truly up to you and what your goals are for the massage. Most of my work is from my studio in Layton, just off Antelope Drive. I do outcall massage as well, and at no extra charge for first time clients.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Good questions to ask are: Where do I feel tight or sore? Do I want a lighter, relaxing and flowing massage or do I want focused work for an issue that's bothering me? Also, should I want to take the time to stretch and massage myself or see my therapist more frequently?
