- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the job and I am very negotiable. I like to view the job prior to be able to give an estimate to the customer. I do this because I want the customer and myself comfortable with the estimate . I believe in 100% customer satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The same I do with every customer. I introduce myself and my company. I let them tell me what they are expecting from me and my crew. I then inform them of the charge. If necessary I am always open for negotiation. I treat my customers whether new or an on going customer with the upmost respect and inform them that my work is 100% customer guaranteed. If they are unhappy which has not happened. I will do my best to fix the situation and offer a free cut.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I really didn't decide it just happened within a weeks time. I quit my job that I worked at for almost ten years. Thought why not try something new and challenging. I love doing yard work and I loved the smell of fresh cut grass, to the dirt on my gloves. So far, business has been well and I have been blessed working for myself.
